Plans and billing

Every workspace is on a plan.

  • Solo is free. One engineer on their own machine: one agent, three connections, the agent's own MCP server and command line, and 7 days of audit.
  • Team is $29 a member a month. A team: a seat per member, agents and connections within fair use, the remote MCP server for claude.ai and phones, roles and tiers, and 90 days of audit with export.
  • Enterprise is by contract: everything in Team, a year of audit, and support agreed with you.

Move to Team, in Settings under Billing, opens Stripe's checkout for one seat per member (an Owner). After that, seats follow the members: adding or removing someone changes the next invoice, prorated. Manage billing opens Stripe's own page for the card, the invoices and cancelling. When a subscription ends, the workspace goes back to Solo. Nothing here ever sees your card: Stripe keeps it.

If a payment fails, everything keeps working, but no one can be added until the card is updated in Manage billing.

Solo's limits apply once the service's owner turns them on; until then Billing says "Its limits are not applied yet", and a Solo workspace may use more than they say. Once on, going past one is refused with a sentence naming the plan: the remote MCP server answers that it is part of Team, and your agent's own MCP server (strata mcp --install) still works on your machine.
