Schema
Schema shows a source's tables and columns as the last reflection read them, never a row. Choose the source at the top.
- Tables are grouped by schema, with how many columns each has. Type in the filter to find a table, or a column in any table.
- A table shows its estimate of rows, its comment, and each column's type, whether it may be empty, its key (
keyfor the table's own,→ customersfor one that references another table), its comment, and its tag. - A tag is what a person applied, toned by what it masks: grey for none, amber for personal, red for sensitive. A column no one has tagged shows the tag masking gives it by its name, marked "by its name".
- Profile on a column asks the source's agent for its numbers: how many rows, how many are empty, how many distinct values, its shortest and longest (or its mean, for a number), its smallest and largest values and its ten most common. Its values are masked as its tag says for your role on the source's tier, and the panel says which. No row leaves the agent. It is dimmed, with the reason, while the agent is not connected.
- The inspector beside it (a sheet on a phone) holds the table's relations: its key, what it references, which tables reference it, and its indexes, each table a way to open it.
